1. Return & Exchange Policy
At La Boutique Blanche, each piece is carefully curated to meet our quality and styling standards. To ensure fairness and hygiene, the following policy applies:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for items received damaged or defective, subject to inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
La Boutique Blanche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the above conditions.
2. Shipping Policy
La Boutique Blanche currently offers shipping within Qatar and across GCC countries.
Delivery Coverage

- GCC Countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates)
3. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Qatar: 2–4 business days
- GCC Countries: 7–14 business days
4. Shipping Fees & Duties
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
- Customs duties or taxes for GCC orders are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- La Boutique Blanche is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
- Delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s operations once dispatched.
6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal will require reshipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Checkout Process Policy
- All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
